1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, most services provided by Rysaco are non-refundable once processed.
This includes:
- Domain name registrations
- Domain renewals
- Domain transfers
- SSL certificates
These services are purchased from third-party registries and certificate authorities on your behalf.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical billing errors caused by Rysaco
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Once a domain or SSL certificate is successfully registered or issued, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or reversed.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel services to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
5. Chargebacks
Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
