- SSL certificate provisioning
- DNS and related infrastructure services
All services are subject to availability from upstream providers.
3. Third-Party Providers
Domain and SSL services are delivered via third-party providers, including registrar and certificate authorities. Rysaco is not responsible for changes, outages, or failures caused by these providers.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring correct domain registration details
- Maintaining accurate contact information
- Renewing services before expiry
- Complying with applicable laws and registry policies
5. Payments
All services must be paid in advance. Failure to renew services may result in suspension or loss of domains or services.
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
6. Refunds
Domain registrations and SSL certificates are generally non-refundable once processed, due to the nature of registry and certificate authority systems.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to domains or related infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rysaco is not liable for:
- Loss of domain names due to non-renewal
- Registry or registrar errors
- Third-party service downtime
- Indirect or consequential losses
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
